1. Using SwitchPic
SwitchPic is provided as a browser-based utility for converting image files. You may use it for lawful personal or commercial purposes, subject to these terms and the laws that apply to you.
2. Your files and rights
You remain responsible for the files you select and for ensuring you have the rights and permissions needed to use and convert them. SwitchPic does not claim ownership of your source files or converted outputs.
3. Processing and compatibility
Conversion happens in your browser. Supported formats and results can vary with the browser, operating system, image contents, available memory and optional libraries. The tool may impose practical limits, including a maximum batch size of 60 images and a maximum source-file size of 100 MB per image. Some conversions may fail or produce results that differ from the original, including loss of metadata or animation.
4. No warranty
SwitchPic is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every file, error-free output, or fitness for a particular purpose. Keep your original files and review outputs before relying on them.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the people and entities operating SwitchPic are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
6. Acceptable use and changes
Do not use the service in a way that violates applicable law, infringes others' rights or attempts to disrupt the site. Features, supported formats and these terms may be updated as the tool evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms where that is legally effective.
7. Related policy
For information about local processing and third-party resources, read the Privacy Policy. These terms are not intended to remove any consumer rights that apply under mandatory law.
